How can I pay for my order?
We currently only offer bank transfer as a payment option.
Orders are only shipped against prepayment. As soon as the invoice has been paid, the order will be dispatched immediately.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the destination country:
GERMANY: €7.90, free shipping for orders over €300
AUSTRIA: €14.95, free shipping from €300
SWITZERLAND: 24,90 €
NETHERLANDS: 14,95 €
OTHER EU countries: €19.90 (Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway)
Which parcel service do you use?
We ship safely and quickly with our partner DHL. Large orders are shipped by a forwarding agent. We will then inform you separately.
How long does shipping take?
As a rule, all orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that your order will only be shipped after successful receipt of payment.
You will receive an email as soon as your package is on its way. If this is not the case, please contact us at customersupport@lieblingsglas.de.
Can I send my parcel to a Packstation or post office?
Yes, use the address field “Street + house number” to enter the post office or packing station with the corresponding number.Important: do not enter the street or address of the branch or Packstation.
Example: Post office 112 or Packstation 112
You must also enter your personal postal number in the “Company” field.
